• A request for a refund must be made within 7 days of the delivery of the composition.
• Refund requests should be made through our customer service team.
• Refunds will only be provided for services that do not meet the original requirements or specifications of the order.
• If the customer has already approved the composition, refunds will not be issued.

Refund Process:

• Upon receiving a refund request, our quality assurance team will review the order to determine eligibility for a refund.
• If the order is found to be eligible, a refund will be issued to the customer.
• Refunds will be issued through the original payment method used for the order.
• It may take up to 10 business days for the refund to be processed and reflected in the customer's account.

Non-Refundable Services:

• We do not provide refunds for orders that have been completed and delivered, unless they do not meet the original requirements or specifications of the order.
• We do not provide refunds for orders that have been cancelled after work has already started on the project.
• We do not provide refunds for orders that have been completed and approved by the customer.
